Sport load refers to our standard composite rubber round. Used for sport and indoor safety shooting, Sport loads contain a mild charge for accurate flight and distance of 50 feet. 

Home Defense Load contains our standard composite rubber round, however this round packs a little more punch than our sport load. Best for personal and home defense with maximum impact between 25 and 35 feet. 

The same composite rubber used to make this ammunition is now available for home reloaders as well.
